J&J Women's Dinner Presentation
Women are multi-tasking masters of the balancing act between our aspirations and our motivations. We are working mothers, caretakers, homemakers, wives, and career-driven women, challenged by our own ambition and limited only by the time to accomplish it all. We try to make room on our plate for our personal needs and dreams too, while also breaking the glass ceiling and still managing to be home in time to put the kids to bed. There is a lot to balance; some would say too much for one person.
