Service Associate - Part Time

Are you a successful client services professional looking for a new opportunity to apply your skills in a highly supportive environment?

Our independent wealth management firm, CURO Wealth Management, may be right for you. We are looking for a Service Associate to support the firm's advisors in providing the highest quality service to our high-net worth clients. You will play a key role in the success of the firm as we work together to help our clients fulfill their dreams and reach their financial goals.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Act as the firm’s main contact for administrative and account related items, issues & inquiries from clients, advisors, custodians, and outside professionals.

  • Prepare and process all paperwork related to opening new accounts and changes to the existing accounts.

  • Provide outstanding client service by responding to incoming phone calls and addressing client’s questions and concerns.

  • Process documents for client planning sessions and process the follow up tasks.

  • Prioritize and organize workflow, as well as coordinate all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts.

  • Effectively manage the new client onboarding experience

  • Maintain client relationship management software and leverage it to efficiently service clients.

  • Supervision and Training. We work in a team environment at CURO. You will receive mentoring and training, but it is also important that you are able to collaborate with less-experienced team members and help them develop through mentoring and training as well.

  • Additional Projects. As a small business, participation in firm-wide initiatives is often needed. These projects may be related to enhancing internal processes, improving the overall client experience, or assisting with marketing efforts as needed.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • 1+years of experience in the financial planning and investment management industry in a similar role is preferred

  • Working knowledge of financial concepts, terminology, and standard industry protocols is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • High ethical standards

  • Precise and efficient; detail-oriented with strong work ethic
